    Flamin Wok in Hamilton is our favorite Chinese takeaway! The quality of the food is consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors.     Ordered a meal for - main courses - salt chilli chicken and duck with chilli and garlic . Portion of fried rice and noodles.Salt chilli chicken is now thin, dry and overcooked and no longer served with peppers and spring onion just padded out with lots of white onion. Duck dish was incredibly salty and once again padded out with white onion.Noodles and fried rice were obtained from a hot hold - noodles were dry, tepid and tasteless. All for £. - bit value for money. Has gone downhill in my estimations.

    An order that came almost to quid, a meal contaminated by a large piece of wire metal from a metal scourer used for washing dishes. And do you know what Just Eat did about it? £. just eat credit. This takeaway is lucky I'm not a bitter man and also lucky the year old never ate it.I've been a chef for years and it is insane to me how this was allowed to happen at every stage of the cooking process. You're food wasn't even that good but see if I had contaminated a customers food? Myself, my boss and the owner can recieve fines, closure or jail time.Also, they managed to understand everything I said down the phone, the second I said there was metal in our food though? Ohhhhh you no understand. Language barrier goes up. Place is disgusting and the staff messed up, this will be going further. £. just eat credit after contaminated food

    Placed an order that cost over £. The chips were hard and we found a piece of metal steel scourer in the sweet & sour chicken a few bites into the meal. When we called the shop they understood our complaint until we mentioned the metal in the food, where there suddenly became a language barrier but managed to advise to pass the complaint to just eat instead of them dealing with it directly or could offer a free meal next time. There will be no next time
